Founded by Greg Turner

Greg's extensive career showcases a relentless pursuit of excellence in manufacturing and quality control.

Precision Measurement and Production Planning:  Greg started his career as a surveyor, developing skills in precise measurement and layout. He then transitioned into machining, excelling to become the youngest All-Around Machinist at McDonnell-Douglas. His early roles in production planning further solidified his understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain coordination. 

Driving Efficiency & Innovation: Greg consistently sought opportunities to enhance manufacturing processes and reduce waste. At Boeing and Vought, he implemented innovative solutions like the patented "nesting" concept, leading to significant cost and time savings. His expertise in preplanning and process improvement resulted in a remarkable 39,000 annual labor hour reduction on Boeing programs alone. 

Leading Teams & Solving Complex Challenges: Greg's career progressed into leadership roles, where he guided teams in process engineering and manufacturing development. He tackled complex issues related to cost, schedule, and quality, consistently finding innovative solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.


Sharing Knowledge & Empowering Others:  With over 35 years of experience as a GD&T instructor, Greg has trained countless engineers and designers, empowering them to apply GD&T principles effectively. His passion for teaching and mentorship is evident in his commitment to sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
